The advertised $1 payment is for IBAWEAR Pre-Launch – Everything Access. It is not represented as the full retail price of a T-shirt, Hoodie or other physical product. Any product or gift associated with the campaign is subject to the campaign rules, eligibility, availability and launch arrangements stated on this website.
Eligible participants may receive a T-shirt, Hoodie or Gift once the relevant product or campaign is ready or launched. IBAWEAR does not guarantee a particular product, design, size, colour, value or delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delivery charges are separate and payable by the customer based on the applicable delivery location.
If IBAWEAR reaches 1,000,000 qualifying registered users, 10 eligible participants may be selected to receive a valuable special gift from the Founder. Selection, verification, timing and fulfilment are subject to the Campaign Rules and applicable law. No purchase should be made solely for the purpose of winning a gift.
Online payment is accepted only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration, contact and delivery information. Payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee a particular physical product or gift.
IBAWEAR branding, artwork, designs, text, graphics, photographs and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, campaign or content where reasonably necessary, including for technical, operational, legal or security reasons. We will not intentionally misrepresent the status of a paid transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IBAWEAR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or campaign. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the competent courts or dispute-resolution forum having lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory statutory right or remedy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the relevant time will apply to future use, subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued.
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, registration information and delivery details. Payment information may be processed by the selected payment provider.
We may use information to process registrations and payments, communicate campaign updates, arrange eligible fulfilment, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Where payment processing is provided by a third party, payment credentials are handled according to that provider’s security and privacy practices. IBAWEAR should not request or store card passwords, PINs or one-time authentication codes.
By registering, you may receive service, transaction and campaign communications relevant to your participation. Marketing communications should be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out mechanisms.

Pre-Launch Campaign Rules
IBAWEAR Pre-Launch – Everything Access — $1
Online payment is accepted only. A valid registration requires successful payment and the information requested by IBAWEAR or its payment/registration provider.
The $1 is the advertised pre-launch access/asset payment. It is not the full price of a physical T-shirt, Hoodie or other merchandise.
Eligible registered participants may receive a T-shirt, Hoodie or Gift once the relevant product or campaign is ready or launched. Availability, design, size, colour and fulfilment timing may vary.
Delivery charges are not included in the $1 and are payable separately by the customer based on the delivery location.
Upon reaching 1,000,000 qualifying registered users on IBAWEAR.AE, 10 eligible participants may be selected for a valuable special gift from the Founder. IBAWEAR may verify registrations and eligibility before selection or fulfilment.
Registration does not guarantee selection for one of the 10 Founder gifts. The campaign must be operated in compliance with applicable UAE laws and any required approvals or conditions.
IBAWEAR may modify, pause or terminate the campaign where reasonably necessary because of legal requirements, technical issues, fraud, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law and rights relating to completed transactions.
